What kind of travel products do you sell?

We offer a range of digital and physical products designed to make travel easier and more exciting! Think personalised travel itineraries, country-specific travel guides, our bestselling "Ultimate Travel Guide for Beginners", and a curated shop of handy travel-sized essentials and gear.

What's a personalised travel itinerary?

It's a custom-made plan based on your travel style, interests, destination, and budget. Whether you're a foodie, adventurer, or culture lover, we'll build your trip day-by-day so you can relax and enjoy every moment.

How do the personalised travel itineraries work?

When at checkout, ensure your contact details are correct. We cannot provide a refund if you provide incorrect details. We will contact you, typically by email, to discuss exactly what you want to get out of the service. We aim to get your itinerary to you within 3-7 working days, dependant upon your requirements. We offer 2 free edits should you not be fully satisfied with your first draft. After 2 edits, we can still work something out!

Which countries do your travel guides cover?

We're constantly adding more, every day in fact, but right now we've got detailed guides for the most popular destinations including (but not limited to!) The USA, Canada, Spain, Italy and Vietnam. If you don't see your desired destination, let us know and we will get working on it!

What's in the "Ultimate Travel Guide for Beginners?"

This guide is your one-stop-shop if you're a new, aspiring traveller or backpacker. It covers, in-depth, planning your trip, packing hacks, booking tricks, how to travel smart on a budget, staying safe abroad - and so much more. All in a super easy-to-follow format.

What do you sell in your Travel Shop?

All the practical bits you need for your trip - from TSA-approved travel-sized containers and packing cubes to adapters, travel pillows, and reusable toiletry bags. Everything's chosen to make your travels smoother.

How will I receive my digital products?

After purchase, you should receive your digital downloads (in a PDF format) almost instantly. If you have not received them within 12 hours of purchase, contact us and we can send you the file another way! Easy!

Do you ship internationally?

DIGITAL PRODUCTS:

Our digital products can be purchased all over the world, but it is important to know - they are targeted at UK Travellers. All entry requirements within them are based on UK Passport Holders. We cannot issue refunds for digital products.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS:

Unfortunately, we can only ship physical products to the UK Mainland. However, stay tuned - we are working hard behind the scenes to offer global delivery!

What is your refund policy?

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Due to the nature of the digital products, we cannot issue a refund after purchase.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS:

We accept refunds on physical products in exceptional circumstances. If your item(s) arrive faulty or damaged, and you can provide photo evidence, we may be able to issue a refund, though this is not a guarantee. Please note, all items are inspected and photographed pre-delivery. We will not issue refunds for accidental orders, or if you have simply changed your mind.

Can I request edits to my personalised itinerary?

Absolutely! 2 rounds of revisions are included in the cost of each personalised itinerary. Just drop us a message or an email with the changes you'd like.
